Who you'll be supporting & more about the role: With experience working in a health or social care setting, you will have an upbeat positive manner, as well as having a genuine passion for supporting people to become a part of their local and wider community. You will also have experience working with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life at all times. In addition you will be comfortable using basic IT systems that are required within the role - training can be offered to support this area. You will also hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, i.e. Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England).

• We live in a detached bungalow in Kippax
• We have a front garden with driveway and a back garden with a patio and lawn.
• We have 4 individual bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, dinning room and kitchen.
• The pride of the home is our train room where we have a full electrical train set with landscape.
• The service is on a main road with buses running outside.
• The neighbours are very friendly and everyone at the local shop knows us as we are always down there getting treats and essentials., This is a great opportunity to make a genuine difference, where you will be responsible for leading an engaged and motivated team to change lives and deliver person-centred outcomes for every person we support.
