Position: Support WorkerLocation: HarrogateHours: between 12 and 20 hours per week working Saturdays and Sundays United Response is looking for weekend support worker in Harrogate. As a Support Worker with United Response, you'll play a vital role in empowering those you support to live more independent and fulfilling lives. We are a small friendly care home supporting 4 young adults with physical and learning disabilities within their home and in the community in Harrogate. With a strong, stable and fun staff team and supportive, proactive manager- we now have a vacancy for weekends, hours can be set or flexible to fit in with your home life. While experience with digital or mobile applications is desirable, we provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident in using the technology., As a Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to encourage and support individuals in achieving their goals and making their own choices. You'll help them lead independent lives while providing the guidance and encouragement they need.
