Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated PFi Contract Officer to facilitate the monitoring and delivery of Facilities Management services predominantly across 26no Sheltered Housing schemes within North Tyneside. We have a small and friendly team and require a dynamic, innovative individual to ensure smooth running of our PFi contract. As the PFi Contract Officer you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of our Facilities Management Contractor, undertaking regular audits across a range of KPI's. A key part of the role will revolve around statutory compliance and in particular Fire Safety, where the successful candidate will be required to carrying out of Fire Risk Assessments as well as provide fire safety training to none technical personnel. You must also have experience in repairs and investment of domestic properties as well as public / commercial buildings and will be required to oversee quality assurance inspections, financial claims and lead on ensuring the accuracy of a range of Key Performance Measures submitted by the facilities management provider.
You will need to have good communication skills as well as experience and understanding of risk management.
