Full Job Description
Bunge is seeking a talented and ambitious Regional Sales Manager to join our UK team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of regional accounts, focusing on the bakery, confectionery and wider food ingredients segments.,
- Growth: Achieve and exceed annual Business Plan targets for your assigned accounts and prospects.
- Strategic: Develop and execute tailored account strategies in alignment with regional sales objectives.
- Relationship building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across your territory.
- Technical Bridge: Collaborate closely with our Technical Service team to ensure seamless product approvals and support customer R&D projects.
- Market Expert: Stay ahead of industry trends, gather competitive intelligence, and identify new business opportunities within the UK food market.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across commercial functions to optimize service and drive sales effectiveness., This position is currently being recruited under the title Regional Sales Manager to best reflect the responsibilities and scope of the role. Upon hire, the official internal title will be Regional Account Manager.
Are you a commercially driven, relationship-focused sales professional with a passion for the food industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, building strong customer partnerships and driving business growth?, Experienced Food Industry Sales: 3-5+ years in B2B account management, ideally with bakery/confectionery/food ingredients focus. - Relationship-Focused & Commercially Driven: Proven ability to build strong relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Self-Starter with Excellent Communication: Entrepreneurial, independent, and a strong communicator. You are customer-focused, results-oriented, collaborative, and possess strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
- Relevant Degree & UK Market Knowledge: Bachelor's/Master's degree required; familiarity with the UK food industry is highly preferred.
- Valid Driver's License & Willing to Travel: Essential for covering the UK territory.
