Sandwell Museum Service is looking for enthusiastic, motivated and lively Visitor Services Assistants to be part of a team delivering a busy service to our communities and supporting all aspects of running a museum and heritage attraction. The post holder will deliver a high standard of customer care and public service to visitors of all ages and cultural backgrounds. The role will involve front of house delivering reception duties, events, activities and setting up for activities as well as support back-office activities such as planning, organising, and administration. The post holder will need a flexible approach to working as there will be regular weekends and some evening and bank holiday working. The posts are largely based at Haden Hill House, but staff may be required to work at other museum sites across the borough.

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (This will include Thursdays and Fridays and one other day (not Mondays) plus regular weekends.
