We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of our delivery planning and performance systems.In this pivotal role, you'll act as a product manager within our Delivery Systems Team, supporting both legacy VBA tools and the transition to modern digital platforms. You'll collaborate across Operations, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure our systems meet the needs of a fast-paced, high-volume delivery network.Key Responsibilities:
- Own and prioritise the product backlog for delivery systems.
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- Champion Agile delivery practices and represent the voice of the customer.
- Support legacy system maintenance while driving digital transformation.
- Use data and KPIs to inform decisions and optimise performance.
Strong understanding of logistics, workforce planning, or delivery operations. - Experience managing legacy systems and leading digital migrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile delivery experience and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Proven ability to deliver projects in complex, matrixed environments.
