Full Job Description
You will be the first point of contact for estate-related issues, managing tasks through our help desk system and liaising with contractors to resolve problems swiftly. The role involves a range of responsibilities including minor repairs, porterage, decorating, cleaning, and proactive upkeep of the school buildings and grounds. Flexibility is essential, as you¼ be expected to support shift rotations, weekend cover, and school events.
We're looking for someone with sound practical skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen sense of responsibility. A full UK driving licence and GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) are essential, while a trade qualification or First Aid training would be advantageous. Shift work and occasional evenings and weekends
Salary: £24,404 - £25,183 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
Actual salary: £12,202 - £12,592 per annum
