Full Job Description
- You will be responsible for keeping stock of paints, matching colours, preparing surfaces and applying paint to agreed areas
- Internal and external painting and decorating
- Ensure the Hotel is maintained to brand standards
- Deliver a program of improvements within a set budget and to an agreed time frame
- Tasks will range from day to day decorating touch-ups to coordinating large painting projects related to the hotel and stadium.
- Willing to carry out and/or assist in basic maintenance tasks not specific to painting and decorating when required.
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting & Decorating - Proven experience in painting and decorating in a similar background
- Trained on high working, including Pasma/Ladder use.
- Ability to work under own initiative in a methodical process as required.
- Experience working across all trades
- Previous experience in working alongside Contractors and others.
- Experience working within a busy FM Maintenance team.
- Experience working with plumbing systems
- Certificates in operating machinery, FLT, IPAF, PASMA, L8
