Job Description

We are currently looking for level 2 and level 3 early years practitioners for a beautiful early years setting near Wimbledon.

Key attributes include:

• A positive and dedicated attitude and a real passion for childcare and development
• Being able to provide and sustain a caring environment
• Being able to work a 40 hour week but would consider 4 days a week
• Have a minimum NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Childcare and Early Years Education
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Previous 1-2 years experience in nursery setting

• Encourage independent learning: Through hands-on exploration and problem-solving activities, we help children develop critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Build self-confidence and resilience: We support children in making their own choices, celebrating achievements, and learning from challenges.
• Promote creativity and curiosity: Our learning environment is designed to stimulate curiosity through sensory learning activities and play-based exploration.
• Foster strong relationships: We cultivate a community that values positive interactions, teamwork, and mutual respect between children, parents, and caregivers.

This is a full time role Monday to Friday.
