Full Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist to join our South Oxon CAMHS Getting More Help Team.
In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering a needs-led, responsive, and accessible service designed around the Thrive model. You'll be working in a truly integrated Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)team, collaborating with a diverse group of professionals including Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Family Therapists, Psychologists, and Consultant Psychiatrists.

In this role, you will carry out comprehensive mental health and risk assessments for children and young people (CYP) supported by the Getting More Help Team. Assessments may be conducted on either a routine or urgent basis, depending on the individual needs of each CYP.
Working in partnership with families and other agencies, you will develop holistic, evidence-based care plans tailored to each young person. You will manage a clinical caseload, which includes care coordination and the delivery of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Additionally, you will participate in the duty rota, providing timely responses and support planning for CYP presenting with varying levels of risk., We hope that the advert has given you a clear understanding of the skills we are seeking and the opportunity at hand.
