Full Job Description

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Conwy to assist with the appointment of a Project Officer, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration., This role is ideal for someone who is organised, friendly, and eager to learn. As a Project Officer (Admin & Clerical), you will support a busy and welcoming team with a range of administrative tasks and help coordinate events such as job fairs and training sessions. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering plenty of opportunities to grow your skills and confidence while making a positive contribution to the community.,

  • Maintain and update internal databases with accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Book venues and meeting rooms for training, events, and meetings.
  • Assist with setting up and organising job fairs, training sessions, and community events.
  • Liaise with local employers and training providers via phone or email.
  • Contact participants to confirm attendance at scheduled activities.

    A good standard of education with a willingness to learn.
  • Basic IT knowledge (e.g., MS Word, email, typing).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to use a computer for emails, forms, and basic databases.
