Full Job Description
Do you want to be part of an innovative and collaborative Senior Leadership Team? The Acute & Urgent Care Directorate are looking for internal applicants for the Service Manager post for the Crisis Care Service Line. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their leadership skills and drive some exciting developments within a complex and fast-paced environment.
The wider Leadership Team will support you to ensure we continue to maintain high quality, patient focused services in line with our national and locally agreed targets.
The right candidates will have leadership and managerial responsibility for the 'day to day' needs of the service within their portfolio, they will contribute to service improvements and business opportunities and work with varying stakeholders to support and develop these., The post holder will be responsible for the operational, performance and business management of their delegated service areas. The post holder will work under the direction and line management of the Senior Service Manager, with a secondary reporting line to the Associate Director.
