Full Job Description

Stantec is looking for a Senior Town Planner or Associate Town Planner to join its Reading team and work across strategic planning, development and infrastructure projects. The portfolio spans strategic land, development management, residential, commercial, mixed-use, infrastructure, regeneration and energy, with planners working alongside transport, engineering, environmental, architecture, landscape and sustainability specialists. The role includes managing planning applications, preparing appraisals and planning statements, contributing to plan-making work, supporting appeals and building relationships with clients, local authorities and other stakeholders.
