Solution Architect Rfid & Retail Technology

Join Primark as a Solution Architect (RFID) and play a key role in designing and delivering innovative RFID solutions that enhance inventory accuracy, stock visibility and operational efficiency across our global retail estate. Working closely with business, technology and delivery teams, you'll shape scalable architecture solutions that support strategic growth and drive measurable business value. What you'll do

• Lead the design of end-to-end RFID solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
• Develop and maintain solution architectures, technical designs, blueprints and documentation.
• Provide architectural governance and technical leadership throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business, product and engineering teams to define scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, resilience and scalability requirements.
• Evaluate technologies, vendors and solution options, providing recommendations and managing technical risks.
• Support successful implementation and integration of RFID capabilities across retail and supply chain platforms.
  
  Strong experience as a Solution Architect within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Proven experience designing and delivering RFID solutions within retail or supply chain operations.
• Deep understanding of retail technology, inventory management and stock visibility processes.
• Experience integrating RFID platforms with enterprise applications and operational systems.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture principles, frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to balance business priorities, technical requirements and delivery objectives in a complex environment.
