Full Job Description
Delivery Manager - Estates
Industry: Housing Association
Location: Isle of Wight
Hours: 40 hours per week
Days: Monday - Friday
Duration: Permanent
Duties:
Delivery of planned and responsive grounds maintenance program including void properties and maintenance and improvements to communal outdoor spaces.
Managing and developing a team of staff and external contractors,
Scheduling works, engaging and communicating with residents,
Ensuring equipment is maintained and work is undertaken to quality and heath and safety standards,
Ordering, stock control and allocation of materials and resources to budget.
Experience:
Must have previous experience of managing teams within an estate management or garden maintenance service.
Must have demonstrable knowledge of planning and delivery of work within a customer focused environment, including costing, forecasting and budgets.
Must have sound knowledge of heath, safety and environmental legislation.
Must have a good level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
Must have a full driver's license and own transport.
This role is subject to a DBS clearance.
Salary: £42,000 - 50,000 per annum plus extensive benefits
