Full Job Description
- Work closely with teachers to support pupils' learning and emotional development
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to help meet individual needs
- Encourage the development of self-esteem, resilience, and independence
- Help deliver creative, engaging lessons in a structured and nurturing environment
- Monitor and record progress, working collaboratively with teaching and pastoral staff
We're looking for a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team, starting September 2025 on a full-time, term-time basis., Energetic and empathetic individuals passionate about supporting young people with additional needs - Experience in education, youth work, psychology, social care, or sports coaching is a bonus
