Ensure that all Projects have a robust Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Performance Management Baseline (PMB).
Deployment and performance of Project Controls within a Portfolio or Project.
Identifying trends, analysis of variances and recommending appropriate corrective actions with a strong focus on proactive risk and opportunity management, including identification and support to the resolution of cross-portfolio risks/issue themes
Establishing and operating an appropriate business rhythm/drumbeat E.g. ETC Reviews, Schedule Reviews, Risk Reviews, Reporting Activities. As well as this, consolidate reports, ensuring that reports are issued in a timely manner, and the facilitation of Project reviews. You will also be working with Project leadership to identify and implement appropriate metrics.
Ensure resource forward load is accurate and timely, including the analysis of resource profiles (labour and material) and making recommendations to reconcile anomalies and optimise deployment.

You will have a strong track record of successfully designing, deploying, operating and/or improving the full range of Project Controls in a context relevant to Thales.
You will be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in complex environments and working across functional boundaries.
You will have an awareness and understanding of advanced Project Control techniques E.g. Earned Value Management and Schedule Risk Analysis, with experience of deploying these techniques for more senior positions.
Lastly, you will be able to define and implement appropriate KPIs to understand progress and provide insight into likely future performance.
