Full Job Description
Program Test ManagerJob description: We are looking for Program Test Manager (Internal) to engage with an upcoming project with a client in the CRI Sector.Roles and responsibilities:
- Strong SAP knowledge is critical
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Performance and Regression Testing phases within the programme.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with programme objectives.
- Manage the testing team, including internal testers and external vendors, ensuring effective resource allocation and skills alignment.
- Collaborate closely with Programme Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Infrastructure teams to understand requirements and define test criteria.
- Oversee the creation, review, and execution of test scripts and scenarios for performance and regression.
- Monitor and report on test progress, defect trends, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders, proposing mitigation plans as needed.
- Ensure the test environments are properly set up and maintained for performance and regression testing.
- Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and quality assurance standards throughout the testing lifecycle.
