Department OverviewAs part of our Global Commercial Strategy team, you'll play a vital role in preparing for the launch of a potential first-in-class medicine for dermatomyositis and polymyositis-rare autoimmune diseases that significantly impact patients' lives. This is your chance to work alongside a high-performing global team, collaborating with various departments to bring groundbreaking treatments to those in need.
Your Journey with UsDuring your placement, you'll:
Be an integral part of the launch preparation for a new treatment.
Gain hands-on experience in project coordination, communication, and market analysis.
Develop essential marketing skills, including brand positioning and creative development.

By the end of your year, you will have:
Presented your work to senior leaders across the US and International teams.
Attended EULAR#####7, Europe's largest rheumatology congress.
Owned competitive intelligence summaries that inform our strategies.
Learned how to manage a multi-million launch budget.
Built a portfolio of tangible contributions for your future career.

Your ResponsibilitiesAs a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
Launch Readiness: Keep the team's launch tracker updated and present status updates.
Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the competitor landscape and provide concise updates.
Vendor Partnership: Coordinate with our competitive intelligence agency.
Budget Management: Maintain budget trackers and manage purchase orders.
Congress Support: Assist in preparing for key medical congresses.
Marketing Input: Contribute to brand messaging and launch materials.
Team Support: Prepare meeting materials and leverage AI tools for efficiency.
Your Own Project: Own a project from brief to presentation in the second half of the year.
