- Drive manager and employee engagement in Total Rewards processes and offerings through impactful communication strategies with an eye toward evolving into an AI-enabled, tool-based future.
- Develop a cross-audience communications and enablement plan for the Annual Compensation Review and other global projects.
- Design effective, professional, and creative materials to convey Total Rewards messaging to leaders and employees.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards leaders and experts to ensure a deep understanding of programs and tools to effectively communicate the critical story and relevant details. You'll also work with them to influence the plan, design and rollout of the projects for more impact.
- Partner closely with other internal teams, such as HRdirect, P&C Advisors and Business Partners to ensure a best-in class support model during the Annual Compensation Review process.
- Ensure all materials from your projects are thoroughly reviewed for content, style and accuracy.

- You are very strong in planning and executing complex projects.
- You love authentic writing, and you can turn complex content into clear, empathetic communications, outlining the value for the recipient.

- You are a true co-creator, and you know that the best results come from cognitive diversity.
- You have some experience and knowledge of a variety of communication tools and technology (e.g. Success Map, tool video creation, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Work Expérience / Skills and Compétences
- Experience in international HR, UX, Communication, Marketing or related business areas.
- Total Rewards experience is a plus.
- Expertise in translating highly complex content into simple materials and tool experience with clear storylines.
- Ability to understand user experiences of tools and technology.
- Copywriting experience.
- Experience in managing international and cross-functional projects or rollouts.
- Experience and enthusiasm for agile co-creation and project management.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills in an agile and dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English.
