Full Job Description
Millbrook Primary School is seeking a friendly and organised individual to join our vibrant school office as an Administrator. In this fast-paced role, you'll provide exceptional administrative support to our staff, pupils, parents, and external agencies. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment, tackling a diverse range of tasks with a positive and can-do attitude.,
- Manage a busy front desk, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to teachers and school leadership.
- Maintain accurate student records and manage school databases.
- Oversee administrative tasks like photocopying, printing, and filing.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the school office, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Provide excellent customer service to parents, pupils, staff, and external contacts.
Experience in an administrative or customer service role. - A good general standard of education including GCSE English and Maths to Grade C or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong organisational mind with a meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting children's learning.
