Leisure Receptionist

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Leisure Services team at Telford & Wrekin Council. Based at Stirchley Sports and Leisure Centre, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient reception service, assisting customers with enquiries and ensuring they receive a positive experience.

This is a busy and varied role, and you will need to be confident communicating with a wide range of customers. The role will include evening and weekend working. Previous experience in a customer service environment is desirable.
