Full Job Description
-screening referrals -assessing clients to determine their needs and suitability -offering a range of treatment options (e.g. GSH and groups)-clinical administration-liaising with healthcare providers to support onward referrals.
You will work with clients through a variety of means (telephone, online and face to face)
Opportunities to hold a champion and supervisor role (one-year post qualification)
You will support people from different cultural backgrounds, ages and use interpreters as needed. You will be passionate about providing equal opportunities.
You will work autonomously, following a plan agreed in line management and in accordance with service policies and procedures.
We are committed to supporting you with regular CPD, supervision, daily debrief/duty and weekly safeguarding debriefs.
You will be based in The Isleworth Centre (team base) and other sites in the London Borough of Hounslow at least two days per week.
You will work at least one late shift (12- 8pm, Mon- Thurs).

We are an established and friendly service looking for an enthusiastic PWP seeking variety, new experiences and autonomy.
Clinical caseload for a full time PWP: 7 x assessments, 19 x treatments. Job plan will also include screening referrals.
