Full Job Description
Required September 2025 Permanent - Full-Time - 40 hours per week Tormead School is an academically selective independent school for 800 girls aged 4-18, located in central Guildford. We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to support our Head of Rowing in providing a high quality and inclusive coaching programme. The ideal candidate will:
- hold a UKCC Level 2 qualified rowing coach
- have experience of teaching and advising on rowing and sculling technique at all junior levels
- have experience and understanding of fitness training and compiling appropriate training programmes
- have experience of assembling successful crews
- have experience of boat rigging and ability to set up optimally the rig of any type of boat
