The Hospitality & Events Supervisor is responsible for running all hospitality operations throughout the Bisham Abbey site. You will oversee all areas ensuring a high-quality service, effective cost management, and guest satisfaction. This is a fully operational role in which the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the event business. Our business is aiming to grow its private function numbers and provide customers with a "world class" experience which you can be part of, and you will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment.

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate a level of experience and knowledge commensurate with the position in:

• Proven food and beverage management experience
• Confident operator able to run a Wedding or Event from start to finish
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
• Communication and leadership skills
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Guest-oriented and service-minded, Google Chrome is the preferred browser to access Serco careers website
