Full Job Description
As a member of our Leisure Team, you'll help create unforgettable experiences for our guests by ensuring our leisure facilities - including our swimming pool - are safe, clean, and welcoming at all times.
As part of our Leisure Team, you'll be responsible for:
Keeping a watchful eye on the swimming pool to ensure guest safety
Carrying out rescues, first aid and providing general assistance when needed
Engaging with guests and providing friendly, helpful service
Monitoring guest behaviour to ensure safety and enjoyment for all
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness on poolside
Performing water quality tests and reporting any issues

We're looking for someone who is
Friendly, reliable, and calm under pressure
A natural team player with strong communication skills
Customer-focused and happy to go the extra mile
Bonus points if you have:
An NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) - if not, don't worry, we can provide training for the right person!
Pool Plant training or certificate (desirable, but not essential)
An enhanced DBS check is required for this role - but don't worry, we'll cover the cost.
Hours are variable depending on customer demand. Core days are Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Will include working weekend and bank holidays., Disability Confident
