• Provide expert guidance on Casino Management systems and assist end-users with seamless support.
• Escalate complex tech issues to our specialist teams and keep service standards sky-high.
• Participate in our on-call rota.
  
  Components for success. You have...
• Solid experience with Windows OS.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (scripting & admin level).
• At strong grasp of core network services.
• A sharp analytical mind, problem-solving prowess, and impeccable attention to detail.
• The attitude of a true team player with excellent communication skills in English.
You'll get extra points for...
• Having good French &/or Spanish language skills (not essential but a great plus).
• Possessing 2+ years of help desk or technical support experience.
