ICT Engineer

Permanent, full-time role, 37 hours per week

Salary - starting salary £25,584 (£25,584 - £27,269)

We are looking to recruit an ICT Engineer to help support the management and development of the ICT infrastructure here at Great Heights Academy Trust. Reporting into the IT Infrastructure Manager, this is a great opportunity for someone with experience in a similar role or someone who is ready to take the next step in their career.

You will be an integral part of the IT team at Great Heights Academy Trust, assisting in the support, management and development of the IT infrastructure within the academies, providing day-to-day support in the use of computer facilities to teachers, support staff and students. You will be predominantly based at Colne Valley High School, with a requirement to carry out duties at other Trust academies and locations as necessary. The successful candidate will contribute to the continual service improvement of the ICT support service and share their expertise with other members of the team.

We are looking for someone who has had some previous experience in server, desktop and software support. Knowledge of networking and virtualisation technologies would also be advantageous. You will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be approachable, adaptable and have the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
