Full Job Description
- Design, develop, and oversee delivery of training programmes that drive Sales and Service effectiveness across all Go To Market roles.
- Deploy effective training programs driving improvements to employees' skills, productivity and quality of work.
- Partner with an external training provider to align training content with our commercial strategy and business needs.
- Lead on the rollout of onboarding and ongoing training pathways for new and existing sales employees.
- Continuously evaluate and monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback, and ROI analysis.
Proven experience in a commercial training, sales enablement, or learning and development rolewithin a B2B sales environment. - Strong experience working with or managing external training providers.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into effective training solutions.
- A passion for developing people and driving performance through learning.
