Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in social care management to step into a specialist role within our Complex Care services. You'll be part of a team that makes a real difference-helping people with complex needs move from referrals to receiving personalised, meaningful support.

In this role, you'll work alongside our Complex Care Lead to both manage current services and support the setup of new ones. It's a varied and rewarding job where no two days are the same, and you'll play a key part in shaping high-quality, person-centred support.

You'll manage existing teams, help create tailored care packages, and work closely with other professionals across health and social care. We're looking for someone who is motivated, solution-focused, and passionate about empowering people to have control over their lives.

Hours

This is a full-time role, 39 hours per week.
Flexibility is important, as our support services run 24/7. You'll also take part in a management on-call rota.

Our current services are in Kent, London, and Suffolk, but new opportunities may come up elsewhere-so a willingness to travel from time to time is essential. Our ideal candidate will be based within the South East., You're an experienced manager in the social care sector (at least two years), confident in supporting people with complex needs and working with multi-disciplinary teams. You understand what high-quality care looks like and know how to lead and develop teams to deliver it.

You'll ideally have knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support and hospital discharge processes, and be familiar with CQC standards and responsibilities. Experience in HR, budget management, and working collaboratively across departments is a big plus.

A relevant qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care) and a full, manual driving license are desirable.

If you're looking for a new challenge where your skills and passion will help shape lives and services, we'd love to hear from you!, Disability Confident
