Telford & Wrekin Council is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team of skilled IDT Support Officers within the Education Services team. Our IDT Service Desk is the single point of contact for all customer ICT requests, problems, and issues-providing essential support, advice, and guidance to education staff across Telford, Shropshire, and many other locations. You'll be at the heart of ensuring schools and learning environments operate efficiently and effectively through technology.
