Full Job Description
This role is jointly commissioned with the ICB and all posts are fully funded through the SEND and AP Change Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful team of SLCN Practitioners working across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin to support identified Primary Schools and Early Years settings to meet the needs of children with SLCN, primarily through the Talk Boost intervention programmes. To work as part of the ELSEC Team in order to successfully deliver the ELSEC programme across Telford & Wrekin and Shropshire local areas. The post holder will work under the supervision of the ELSEC Leadership Team and will have responsibility for supporting a small group of Primary Schools and Early Years settings across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin to support children with SLCN through the Talk Boost programmes and other intervention as appropriate.
