Our Corporate Simplification clients include multinational listed and privately owned domestic organisations, accountants, solicitors and PE. We work with clients to address their governance, risk and transparency challenges, often working across service lines to deliver on streamlining programmes, wind down planning, managed exit services, the tax effective return of capital, s110 demergers and other aspects of solvent restructuring solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to work within an experienced and yet growing team. In this role you will proactively manage a portfolio of cases from inception to completion, and distinct elements of larger projects, with input from senior colleagues, as well as having responsibility for guiding junior team members.

Alongside this you will continue to develop any existing relevant technical and accountancy knowledge through on-the-job experience and a variety of training opportunities. In addition, you will have the opportunity to become involved with business development, as well as sector and firm wide initiatives.

You'll be someone with:
