We're looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of IT to take the lead in shaping our technology strategy and digital transformation. The Opportunity As Head of IT, you'll lead, mentor, and inspire a talented IT team of 7 to deliver best-in-class solutions that support and enable our ambitious growth plans, including applications/ERP, infrastructure, and eCommerce., Lead and deliver major IT projects, migrations, and transformations Oversee application architecture, network and infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT helpdesk operations Develop and execute our digital strategy in collaboration with the Managing Director, Business Development Director, and Category & Marketing Director. Manage departmental budgets and vendor relationships to ensure performance and value Drive technology in alignment with business strategy and act as the key escalation point for system degradations, outages or crises. Build strong relationships with branches, departments, and the wider Nestware group to leverage technology for business success Foster sustainability and ESG-conscious IT practices
