Full Job Description
We work in several key themed areas, including public health emergencies. We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced policy adviser to work in this area. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
You'll work in partnership with a wide range of global stakeholders, including WHO, relevant foundations, industry and our research community.
This role will involve:
contributing to Wellcome's global health and science policy and advocacy work, particularly with reference to public health emergencies managing an international consortium that aims to establish a framework for data sharing in public health emergencies enhancing our influence on our priority global policy issues and enabling earlier engagement on key governance and ethics-related health and research policy helping to build and maintain Wellcome's network, identity and profile across global stakeholders and international institutions.
