The candidate should be a proficient Revit technician with proven experience in Civil and Structural Engineering. Ideally within a BIM-integrated design environment working as part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team in a highly regulated industry.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team delivering innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.
In this role, you will:
· Report to the Chief CSA Engineer with delegated Line Management to the BIM Coordinator.
· Contribute to the development of accurate and coordinated structural models and technical details.
· Work closely with engineers and other design professionals to deliver fully integrated design solutions.
· Support the implementation of BIM standards and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across all project stages.
· Actively support the training of other less experienced engineers.
Key Accountabilities
· Set up, manage, and maintain Structural, Civil, and Architectural Revit models, ensuring accuracy and Configuration Management across disciplines.
· Produce design deliverables using BIM software (e.g., Revit) in line with industry-recognised standards, protocols, and procedures, ensuring full compliance with ISO 19650 and exceeding baseline BIM requirements where applicable.
· Interpret and formalise design sketches and concepts provided by the engineering and architectural teams.
· Generate 2D technical drawings and documentation directly from the Revit model to support project deliverables.
· Support the production of design deliverables throughout all project phases, from concept through to construction and demolition.
· Participate in design and safety reviews, contributing technical insight and ensuring compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
· Ensure the quality and timely delivery of all design documentation, maintaining consistency and adherence to project schedules.
· Maintain compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations throughout the design process.
· Assist in the development of cost-effective technical solutions, balancing innovation with practicality and compliance.
· Handle and manage sensitive project information with discretion and in accordance with data protection policies.
· Support document control processes, ensuring accurate versioning, traceability, and accessibility of design outputs.
· Minimum 5 years' experience in the UK, preferably in highly regulated industry.
· HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Support for further training and development will be provided and encouraged.
Essential Requirements
· Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with a solid understanding of its application in structural and civil engineering contexts.
· Sound knowledge of core engineering principles relevant to your discipline.

· Good knowledge of RIBA stages of work.
· Demonstrated ability to deliver effective and practical design solutions within complex project environments.
· Good understanding of health and safety legislation and relevant statutory regulations.
· Proven experience contributing to and enhancing multi-disciplinary project teams.
