Fantastic opportunity to become a Customer Service Apprentice by offering great customer service, working well within a team at Brasshouse Community Centre in Smethwick. You will create a friendly, warm and welcoming environment with the key aim of ensuring our customers enjoy a great service,

Course: Customer service practitioner (level 2)
Level: 2
Route: Sales, marketing and procurement
Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate
Working Arrangements
Working Week: 35 hours weekly. Shifts to be confirmed. Travel Pass available (Subject to T’s & C’s). 25 days annual leave pro rata. Company training programme.
Expected Duration: 12 Months
