Our purpose built care home in Walsall provides high quality specialist care for up to 59 residents in a comfortable, modern setting. As the first point of contact for residents, families, staff and visitors, our Receptionist plays a vital role in setting the tone for the day and creating a friendly, professional atmosphere., As Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of the home, creating a positive first impression and helping the day run smoothly. From greeting visitors and answering phone calls to maintaining accurate records and supporting administrative tasks, your calm, friendly presence will be essential in ensuring the home operates efficiently. You will assist with general office duties such as mail sorting, filing, photocopying and updating resident information. You will also provide secretarial support to the management team and help ensure the home runs in line with policies and best practice.

We are now looking for a confident, organised and approachable Receptionist to join our team. If you take pride in your customer service skills and enjoy working in a welcoming, people focused environment, we would love to hear from you., We are looking for someone who is well organised, has strong communication skills and enjoys helping others. You should be confident using a computer, managing basic office tasks and working as part of a team.
