Full Job Description
Approx. 116 hours per 4-week cycle (avg. 29 hours/week)
Flexible shifts - can be shared by more than one person
Bank hours available
Pay Rates:
Pay Rate 1: £13.23 per hour, Monday to Friday days and Waking nights
Pay Rate 2: £15.44 per hour, Weekend days
Pay Rate 3: £17.64 per hour, Bank Holidays
£NLW (Currently £12.21 p/h for age 21+), Weekday Sleeping Nights (11pm-7am)
£NLW (Currently £12.21 p/h for age 21+) + £1, £13.21/hr - Weekend Sleeping Nights (11pm-7am)
£31.20 per shift - On Standby
Driving & Travel
You'll need your own car to get to work (rural location)
You'll also be driving my adapted automatic vehicle
Use of your own vehicle may be needed for training
Experience
Essential:
Experience supporting children/young adults with neuro disabilities
Desirable:
Qualifications or experience with severe disabilities

I live in a fully adapted family home with a separate carer's entrance, room, and kitchen
We have a very friendly family dog (who does bark!)
Interviews will be held as applications are received (via Microsoft Teams)
Start Date: ASAP (subject to pre-employment checks)
