Summary
About the Home:
The home has a good reputation and are currently at full capacity with Children from ages 11-15 with CYP with LD, Autism and complex needs. Its a 6 bed home in Hampshire.
Vacancies:
- 3 x waking night staff £16 per hour
Requirements:
- Min 12 months experience
- Hold Level 3 or 4 in residential
- Must have full right to work
- UK drivers license and access to vehicle
Additional Information:
The home will always have 1 extra staff on shift to allow breaks etc for the others and prevent burnout.
Shift pattern - for the Waking Nights they are trialling this at the moment:
- Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat and Sun
- Week 2 - Weds and Thurs
Night shifts times - 21:30 - 08:30am
During half terms, the night shifts finish at 08:00 as the day staff start at 07:30am.
