Full Job Description
The role will involve using our case management systems to manage Claimant Personal Injury claims through all stages both pre and post litigation. You will need to comply with agreed service level agreements and will also be responsible for administration tasks as required. The role involves providing clear, concise legal advice to people from a variety of backgrounds. You will be taking inbound calls from your clients and making outbound calls to proactively manage your caseload.,
- After your initial training, you will work alongside experienced advisors who will provide support and coaching on an ongoing basis. You will also have access to the specialist departments of the Company should you need their help.

- Salary is reviewed at every 6-months during the first two years and will increase in accordance with the role structure if your performance is satisfactory. Further salary reviews will be commensurate with the Annual Appraisal process.

You would therefore be expected to keep your legal knowledge up-to-date and attend relevant training as and when needed.
