Projects Assistant

We're currently seeking a Projects Assistant to join our dynamic Projects and Administrative team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the project management team to support the seamless delivery of projects from post-sale through to completion. This role calls for a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership to ensure exceptional service at every stage.,

• Monitor, review, and respond to internal and external emails daily
• Coordinate consultant schedules and diaries
• Liaise with clients to gather required information
• Collect and review documentation from clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records
• Work cross-functionally with Sales and Consultancy teams to ensure timely delivery of client assessments
• Perform general administrative duties including data entry, updating spreadsheets, and providing project updates
  
  Strong customer service and relationship management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Highly organised with strong time management
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

This role is based in our Leeds city centre office and requires full-time office attendance. Following the successful completion of the probation period, you will be eligible for a hybrid working arrangement.
