Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for an Autosar Engineer to be based at customers site in Gaydon. Our Embedded Systems Solutions department (ESS) encompasses all activities outlined under the Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) process framework, including systems engineering, software engineering, coding, and all levels of functional testing. Beyond core development, ESS also integrates critical supporting processes such as project management, risk assessment, functional safety, and cybersecurity, ensuring compliance with ASPICE standards and delivering reliable, secure, and high-quality embedded systems & solutions. The Role: The Autosar Engineer will work on designing, developing and integrating SW components following the Autosar architecture standards. Work will include Requirement Analysis, Software compliance and configuration, Integrate ECU, T&V, Diagnostics and associated report documentation. ESS is a growing domain within Tata Technologies Limited, with ambitious targets to grow capability and capacity in order to provide best in class control, systems engineering and software delivery know-how to the automotive sectors on a global basis. Verification and validation activities are key to successful delivery and a positive customer experience. Area of Responsibility: · Defining the Platform Software Architecture for Safety Critical ECUs · Helping in Design, Develop, and Integrate Complex Device Drivers · Configuring the Classic AUTOSAR BSW for various functions like Com, Memory, Diagnostics. · Protection of ISO 26262 compliant processes · Integrate AUTOSAR configuration. · Diagnostic and Communication · Testing & Debugging · Compliance & Quality Analysis,

  · Experience in Automotive Embedded Software development
· Strong Experience in Device Driver, Operating System development using Safety Critical MCUs · In depth Knowledge and Experience with Infineon AURIX Family of MCUs (TC3xx) · Experience in Platform Software development and Integration for Conventional · Powertrain (Engine Control, Transmission) and e Powertrain ECUs (Inverter, BMS, Charger) knowledge · Experience with Implementation of Functional Safety related concepts in Platform software like Memory · Experience in working with Automotive OEMs and Tier 1s, understanding the V cycle development process and Timeline for developing ECUs from A sample till SOP · Experience in a Autosar BSW, Infineon AURIX Family of MCUs (TC3xx) · Experience in Device Drivers, Conventional Powertrain (Engine Control, Transmission) and e Powertrain ECUs (Inverter, BMS, Charger) · Knowledge of ISO21434, ISO26262 and ASIL · Bachelors/Masters/PhD in a degree related subject e.g. Information Security/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Computer Science. · Adopting a customer First Mindset to adapt and deliver the best solution for Customer problems
