Our team is large enough to work on large national and international schemes yet agile enough to allow significant talent growth and career progression.
As a Senior BIM Technician, you will deliver data-rich 3D models & 2D engineering drawings produced using Autodesk Revit. You will work on a varied portfolio of projects that span a cross-section of sectors with specific local focuses on Healthcare, Schools, Higher Education, Commercial, Residential and Leisure. + Set up MEP project models, views, sheets, tags, and manage model health.
+ Actively coordinate services using clash reports and resolve issues in a multi-disciplinary environment.
+ Review and integrate external models, producing change review documentation as required.
+ Participate in internal and external model reviews, giving and receiving structured feedback.
+ Assist in delivering training sessions and mentoring junior team members.
+ Apply automation tools such as Dynamo and RF Tools in project workflows.
+ Support project team use of CDE systems (inc. BIM 360 / ACC) and understand change/information management processes.
With an understanding of Revit software and a basic understanding of the building services industry, you will be self-motivated, eager to learn and will be highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Proficient in Autodesk Revit with solid MEP project experience.
Able to manage modelling responsibilities independently and support coordinated project delivery.
Familiar with clash detection, CDE workflows, and automation tools (e.g., Dynamo).
Willing to mentor junior staff and contribute to team and firmwide initiatives.
