In this highly strategic role, you will drive business development, be responsible for revenue generation, recruitment and growing the team as well as shape the creative direction of projects. The role will provide the opportunity to work with the Head of Design, Head of Wales and West and other senior Directors in shaping regional and national business growth and direction.Job Summary and key responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Design, you will contribute to the delivery of significant projects involving strategic masterplanning, concept design, layouts, design documents and detailed planning applications.What are we looking for:Background Training - Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Architectural Technology or Civil EngineeringBe an Associate Director/Director in an established design practice or developer in the UKHave a minimum of 15 years' experience in the UK residential industryHave a, demonstrable track record of consented and delivered residential led
