With an expanding workload, they are now looking to strengthen their London team with the addition of an Assistant Project Manager. Role As Assistant Project Manager, you will support the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. Working under the guidance of senior project managers, you will assist in client communications, project planning, and coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards. This role would suit someone with consultancy experience, looking to build their career and gain further exposure to a range of projects and responsibilities. Responsibilities Key responsibilities of the Assistant Project Manager role include:

• Assisting in managing projects throughout all stages of the lifecycle
• Supporting senior colleagues in client communications and reporting
• Helping prepare and monitor programmes, budgets, and documentation
• Attending meetings and contributing to project coordination
• Assisting with risk management and compliance requirements
• Supporting the delivery of a high level of client service and communication
  
  Some experience within a construction consultancy environment
• Relevant degree-level qualification (or equivalent)
• Desire to work towards professional chartership (APM, RICS or similar)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute proactively
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
