Full Job Description
You'll take the reins on multiple large-scale design projects, overseeing creative direction and project execution from concept through to post-contract stages. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner and Design Principal, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to both the internal team and external clients, representing the studio's design integrity at every step.,
- Lead several complex landscape projects in parallel across varied global locations
- Inspire and mentor a talented team of designers and technical staff
- Represent the studio in client meetings and high-level presentations
- Guide project design development through to delivery, including post-contract stages
- Contribute to strategic studio growth and design culture
A minimum of 12 years' experience in Landscape Architecture, with a strong design portfolio from top-tier practices - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture (Honours)
- Must be proficient with AutoCAD, Adobe and understand Revit.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale resort, hotel, public realm, and mixed-use projects
- Highly creative, organized, and collaborative, with natural leadership presence
- Strong client-facing skills and the confidence to lead with clarity and vision
- Ideally, exposure to projects in the Gulf region
- Native-level fluency in English (spoken and written)
