Full Job Description
Working closely with our Regional Operations Director and wider operational team, you'll provide vital admin support to help keep our services running seamlessly. Your duties will include:
- Managing busy inboxes and responding to referral enquiries
- Keeping trackers and databases up to date
- Coordinating rotas, meetings, and onboarding activities
- Supporting communications with internal and external professionals
- Handling ad-hoc tasks to support service delivery and compliance This is a dynamic and varied role where no two days are the same - perfect for someone who's proactive, detail-focused, and confident using systems.,
