Full Job Description
An exciting role for someone eager to start their career in Adult Care. Mon- Sun, day shift – 7am – 2.30pm / 2.30pm – 10pm Night Shift – 10pm – 7am. Based in a small care home, this is a rewarding role that involves working as part of a team to plan, organise and provide exceptional care for people who need extra support in their daily life.
