Full Job Description

We're Hiring: Business Operations Coordinator Milton Keynes | Full-time, Office-based | Salary based on experience We're looking for an organised, energetic, and brilliant business operations coordinator to join our team. This isn't just an admin job - it's your chance to work across multiple parts of the business, support senior leaders, and get a front-row seat to how a fast-moving company really works. You'll be the go-to person for keeping things on track - from contract admin to scheduling meetings, prepping sales proposals, welcoming guests, and making the office hum. What you'll do:

  • Support directors and teams with contracts, systems, and processes
  • Arrange meetings for senior management
  • Support with sales admin, contract and subscription management
  • Be the friendly face for visitors and keep the office running like clockwork
  • What we're after:

  • Energetic, positive, and up for a challenge
  • Tech-confident with tools like Microsoft 365, ConnectWise and CRMs etc.
  • Someone who loves variety and thrives in a busy environment

    Strong organisational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication - written and verbal
  • A proactive, get stuck in mindset and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Friendly, approachable, and comfortable dealing with internal teams and guests
  • Important: This is a full-time, office-based role in Milton Keynes
